Supported vendors

Conduit exposes every vendor integration your organization has connected through a single unified MCP endpoint (/v1/mcp). You connect the vendors you use from the Catalog (/org/catalog); they then appear automatically to any connected AI client.

Every tool is namespaced by its vendor slug, in the form <vendor>__<tool>. For example, Autotask’s “list tickets” tool is autotask__list_tickets and Datto RMM’s device list is datto-rmm__list_devices. The prefix tells you — and the AI client — exactly which vendor a tool calls, even when many vendors are connected behind the one endpoint.

See Vendor Connections for how each wiring pattern works (Bring Your Own Credentials, shared credentials, and the self-hosted Tunnel), and Onboarding a Customer for adding vendors from the Catalog.

Some vendors run a separate instance per customer rather than one shared endpoint — a self-hosted PBX, a per-tenant admin console. That is not a reason to leave the catalog: those entries ask for your instance’s URL, and connection details and authentication are integration-specific — an OAuth-enabled per-tenant integration discovers its OAuth endpoints at connect time, which is how 3CX (Communications & Telephony) connects above. Use Bring Your Own MCP Server for a server with no catalog entry at all — an internal tool or a one-off.
