Changelog
New features, improvements, and fixes shipped to Conduit.
HighLevel is in preview
Section titled “HighLevel is in preview”Oct 8, 2026. Added
HighLevel (GoHighLevel) is in Connections under CRM, marked Preview. Connect it with a Private Integration Token and the sub-account’s location ID from Settings → Private Integrations. Include View Locations on the token. Conduit talks to HighLevel’s hosted server — do not also paste HighLevel’s Cursor or Claude config into your AI client. See the HighLevel guide.
Dropbox still accepts an app key until sign-in is set up
Section titled “Dropbox still accepts an app key until sign-in is set up”Oct 8, 2026. Changed
Until Dropbox sign-in is set up on your Conduit cell, Connect still asks for an app key and secret. After sign-in is set up, Connect goes to Dropbox and the paste form is closed. See the Dropbox guide.
Dropbox connects with Dropbox sign-in
Section titled “Dropbox connects with Dropbox sign-in”Oct 7, 2026. Changed
New Dropbox connections use Dropbox’s official server and Dropbox sign-in once that sign-in is set up. A connection that still uses a pasted app key keeps working until November 9, 2026. Once Dropbox sign-in is available, organization admins see a banner on that connection with a link to reconnect. See the Dropbox guide.
Rootly is back in Connections
Section titled “Rootly is back in Connections”Oct 5, 2026 — Fixed
Rootly is in the Connections catalog again. Connect it with an API token from Account > Manage API Keys. See the Rootly integration guide.
Finding a connection starts with search
Section titled “Finding a connection starts with search”Sep 25, 2026 — Improved
The Connections catalog (/org/catalog) opens on the search field. Type a product name or a common nickname, such as CW Manage or Autotask, and the matching category opens on its own. Categories stay collapsed until you open them, and a search with no match links to the existing request form.
Tool lists now recover automatically after a deploy
Section titled “Tool lists now recover automatically after a deploy”Aug 18, 2026 — Fixed
Previously, if your AI client fetched its tool list during a brief window while Conduit was deploying, it could cache an incomplete list and keep it until you manually reconnected. Conduit now detects this and asks your still-connected client to re-fetch — most of the time this resolves within a minute or two with no action needed. See Troubleshooting § No tools appear in your AI client after you connect.
One-click domain verification for supported DNS providers
Section titled “One-click domain verification for supported DNS providers”Aug 19, 2026 — Added
Verifying a claimed domain at /org/domains may no longer always mean copying a TXT record by hand — a one-click button can appear alongside the manual record for some DNS providers, adding the record for you. The manual TXT-record flow still works for every domain regardless of provider. See MSP Onboarding § Invite team members.
Billing role and ownership transfer
Section titled “Billing role and ownership transfer”Aug 19, 2026 — Added
Organization owners can now delegate billing without handing over admin access: the new billing role manages the subscription, invoices, the invoice recipient, and the Stripe billing portal, with no management or elevated tool-access capability otherwise. Owners can also transfer ownership to another existing member directly from /org/members — the previous owner becomes an admin in the same action. See Permissions and MSP Onboarding § Common operations.
ThreatLocker connections no longer require Approval Request access
Section titled “ThreatLocker connections no longer require Approval Request access”Aug 4, 2026 — Fixed
A ThreatLocker API key with a narrower role — one that couldn’t read Approval Requests but could read Organizations, or vice versa — used to be rejected as invalid. Conduit now checks both before giving up, so a genuinely valid key connects regardless of which of the two it can read. See the ThreatLocker integration guide for the updated troubleshooting steps.
Freshdesk is now connectable
Section titled “Freshdesk is now connectable”Jul 31, 2026 — Added
Freshdesk joins the vendor catalog under Ticketing & Helpdesk. Connect it from Connections with your Freshdesk domain and an API key. See Vendor connections for setup details.
Rootly is temporarily unavailable in the catalog
Section titled “Rootly is temporarily unavailable in the catalog”Jul 31, 2026 — Known issue, resolved Sep 25, 2026
Rootly was hidden from Connections while we added support for its MCP transport. It is available again — see Rootly is back in Connections.
Chat with support right from your dashboard
Section titled “Chat with support right from your dashboard”Jul 22, 2026 — Added
Every dashboard page now has a chat bubble in the corner so you can reach the WYRE support team without leaving what you’re doing. See Getting support for all the ways to reach us.
MCP clients now get the protocol version they asked for, and see Conduit’s real icon
Section titled “MCP clients now get the protocol version they asked for, and see Conduit’s real icon”Jul 21, 2026 — Fixed
The initialize handshake at /v1/mcp used to answer every client with the same protocol version no matter what it requested. It now echoes back the version your client actually asked for (when Conduit supports it), and clients on a recent-enough protocol will see Conduit’s logo right in the handshake instead of guessing at a favicon.
Figma, ClickUp, Intercom, Square, Vercel, and Plaid are now connectable
Section titled “Figma, ClickUp, Intercom, Square, Vercel, and Plaid are now connectable”Jul 18, 2026 — Added
Connect these six by registering your own OAuth app with the vendor and pasting its credentials into the connect form. Figma asks for a client ID and secret; ClickUp, Intercom, Square, Vercel, and Plaid only need a client ID. Conduit encrypts your credentials and keeps the connection refreshed automatically, same as any other OAuth vendor.
Disconnecting an integration is easier to find
Section titled “Disconnecting an integration is easier to find”Jul 18, 2026 — Improved
Org admins now get a Disconnect action right on each vendor’s card in the catalog, and personal connections ask for confirmation before removing a credential.
Dropbox, Asana, and Box are now connectable
Section titled “Dropbox, Asana, and Box are now connectable”Jul 17, 2026 — Added
Connect Dropbox, Asana, or Box by registering your own OAuth app with the vendor and pasting its client ID and secret into the connect form. Conduit encrypts your credentials and keeps the connection refreshed automatically, same as any other OAuth vendor.
Claimed-domain signups now require admin approval
Section titled “Claimed-domain signups now require admin approval”Jul 15, 2026 — Changed
Teammates signing up with your organization’s claimed email domain now file a join request instead of joining instantly — an org admin approves or denies it, and both sides get a notification email.
On-prem connectors are now Tunnels
Section titled “On-prem connectors are now Tunnels”Jul 15, 2026 — Improved
Manage every tunnel from one list under Connections → Tunnels — rename them, and disable a tunnel to stop routing to it without losing its history.
Skill Packs
Section titled “Skill Packs”Jul 14, 2026 — Added
Import Claude Agent Skills from a GitHub repo, review exactly what each one can do, and control who can use them under Skill Packs — the same access model as your vendor connections. WYRE’s curated catalog is included by default.
Groundwork for unified permissions
Section titled “Groundwork for unified permissions”Jul 8, 2026 — Improved
We are consolidating member, team, and organization-wide tool access into one consistent permissions model. Nothing changes in how access works today — this release lays the groundwork for finer-grained controls.
SCIM provisioning reliability
Section titled “SCIM provisioning reliability”Jul 7, 2026 — Fixed
Fixed an issue where user and group provisioning requests from your identity provider could fail. SCIM create, update, and deactivate operations now complete reliably.
Team settings access for multi-organization admins
Section titled “Team settings access for multi-organization admins”Jul 6, 2026 — Fixed
Admins who belong to more than one organization were sometimes blocked from team settings if an older organization’s subscription had lapsed. Access is now checked against every organization you administer.
Buttons are back to signature lime
Section titled “Buttons are back to signature lime”Jul 5, 2026 — Improved
Buttons and calls-to-action across the dashboard have returned to the signature lime green, with cyan kept for links and text accents.
Clearer Microsoft admin-consent status
Section titled “Clearer Microsoft admin-consent status”Jul 2, 2026 — Fixed
The Microsoft 365 admin-consent flow now tells you plainly when tenant enablement is still pending on our side, instead of implying setup is already complete.
Skills & Prompt Bank
Section titled “Skills & Prompt Bank”Jun 27, 2026 — New
A new Skills & Prompt Bank in the docs ships 41 ready-made prompts across 9 categories — from incident response to sales and support — tuned for AI clients connected through Conduit.
Teams with per-team tool access
Section titled “Teams with per-team tool access”Jun 20, 2026 — New
Organize members into teams and control exactly which connected tools each team can use. Access updates apply immediately across all AI clients.
On-prem connector
Section titled “On-prem connector”Jun 13, 2026 — New
Bring on-premises systems into Conduit with the new on-prem connector — an outbound-only agent that links tools behind your firewall without opening inbound ports.
Seat-based billing
Section titled “Seat-based billing”Jun 6, 2026 — New
Billing is now simple and per-seat: pay for the members in your organization, with seat counts and upcoming charges visible on the Billing page.
Claimed domains with auto-join
Section titled “Claimed domains with auto-join”May 29, 2026 — New
Verify your company’s email domain and teammates who sign up with it can join your organization in one click — no invite links to pass around.
