Conduit vs. MSPlex

Conduit is live today: 113 connectors, flat per-seat pricing, and a reseller model built in from day one. MSPlex is building toward a Q3 2026 launch.

Conduit is a shipping product for MSPs: 113 vendors connected, flat per-seat pricing, a reseller model, deployable this week.

MSPlex is a real MSP MCP gateway in the making, built by an MSP operator who knows the problem firsthand. It’s aiming for a Q3 2026 launch with 5 connectors live in its current build and more planned in phases through the rest of the year.

WHERE CONDUIT’S BUILT DIFFERENTLY

A different job, done differently.

SHIPPING TODAY, NOT BUILDING TOWARD Q3

Conduit launched in April 2026 and now has 113 vendor connectors live, spanning PSA, RMM, security, docs, and billing. MSPlex’s current build has 5 connectors, with the rest of its roadmap planned through Q4 2026 and beyond.

FLAT PER-SEAT PRICING, NOT TOOL-CALL METERING

Conduit is $39 per seat per month, flat, with every connector included. MSPlex’s published pricing meters by tool calls: $149/month for 5 connectors and 10,000 tool calls, $399/month for unlimited connectors and 50,000 tool calls. Usage growth means bill growth under that model.

BUILT FOR MSPS WHO WANT TO RESELL AI TO THEIR OWN CLIENTS

Conduit includes a reseller/wholesale model: $18/seat wholesale, a partner program, and customer-provisioning tools. No partner, reseller, or co-brand program is mentioned anywhere on MSPlex’s site today.

Credit where it’s due.

MSPlex’s founder, Brian Desmot, has run an MSP for 22 years. He founded ITECS in 2003 and built MSPlex out of that operating experience, a genuine credibility signal. MSPlex has also published a clear, phased roadmap: what’s shipping now, and what’s coming in Q3 and Q4. Its Enterprise tier lists hybrid or self-managed deployment options, which will matter to MSPs with specific infrastructure requirements.
