Conduit vs. Hatz AI
Conduit is built for MSPs: 156 vendors connected, flat per-seat pricing, and no cap on how many tools a tech can use in one session. Hatz AI is a packaged AI product an MSP resells to its clients: chat and voice assistants, a no-code workflow builder, and 67 LLMs behind one login. Different job, same wedge.
CONDUIT
Conduit is plumbing between the AI client your team already uses and the tool stack you already run: PSA, RMM, documentation, security, and billing. It’s built for the MSP whose own team needs to work faster with the tools it already has, not for putting a new product in front of your clients.
HATZ AI
Hatz AI is an AI application platform MSPs resell to their SMB clients: packaged chat and voice assistants, a no-code workflow builder, and 67 LLMs behind one login. Their Autotask integration has run over MCP since June 2026, and their connector list now includes ConnectWise Manage, HaloPSA, ScalePad, and Pax8.
Two different AI businesses. Hatz is how an MSP sells AI to its clients. Conduit is how an MSP’s own operation runs on AI. Most MSPs will eventually want both; the mistake is assuming one does the other’s job.
WHERE CONDUIT’S BUILT DIFFERENTLY
A different job, done differently.
YOUR AI CLIENT, NOT OURS
Conduit works with the AI client your team already uses: Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, whatever you’ve standardized on. Hatz requires the MSP and its end clients to work inside Hatz’s own chat and voice interface, with 67 LLMs behind one login. For an already-technical MSP, being told to move into a vendor’s chat window is a real cost.
BUILT FOR THE MSP STACK
Conduit’s catalog spans 156 vendors — PSA, RMM, documentation, security, billing, and more — the tools an MSP runs its own operation on. Of Hatz’s connections, roughly four are MSP-native (ConnectWise Manage, HaloPSA, ScalePad, Pax8); the rest are SMB business apps like HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe, built for the clients Hatz’s MSP partners resell to.
NO TOOL CEILING
Hatz caps chat sessions at a maximum of three active tools, built-in and custom combined. Real MSP work doesn’t fit that: “pull this ticket, check the device in RMM, cross-reference the documentation, and log the time” is four tools in one breath. Conduit has no per-session tool cap.
PRICING YOU CAN READ ON A WEBPAGE
Conduit is $39/seat/month for MSPs, $18/seat/month for reseller tenants, $0 organization fee, everything included, published on our site. Hatz’s pricing is gated behind a partner-led quote, and its credit-based model resets monthly with no rollover, so an MSP that under-uses one month pays for capacity it didn’t consume.
Credit where it’s due.
Hatz has real scale: 1,000+ MSP partners, 150% net revenue retention, SOC 2 Type II certification, and an OpenText referral partnership, built since a January 2024 launch. Hatz Activate, its PSA-driven client-activation tool, is a genuinely good go-to-market machine for surfacing which clients are ready to buy AI. For an MSP whose goal is putting a packaged AI assistant in front of a client’s marketing or HR team next month, Hatz is a strong product, and we’d tell you so.
