About Conduit

Conduit is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateway built for managed service providers (MSPs) and the businesses they support. It gives an MSP's team — and, through reseller access, their customers — a single authenticated MCP endpoint that connects any MCP-capable AI client (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, and others) to the vendor tools an MSP already runs: PSA, RMM, documentation, security, and more.

Conduit is provider-neutral by design: it speaks standard MCP end to end, so it does not lock a customer into one AI vendor or chat client. It is also not a workflow-automation platform — Conduit's job is giving an AI assistant secure, permissioned, auditable access to a business's real tools; the assistant does the reasoning.

Every connection Conduit brokers is scoped to a specific organization, logged to an audit trail, and revocable without touching the underlying vendor credential directly. Pricing is a single flat plan — one price per seat, human or AI agent, with no usage tiers or credit metering.
