SAME TRUST, BETTER PLATFORM
The Gateway becomes Conduit on September 30.
Conduit is priced per seat, so whether your bill goes up or down depends on how many people are on your account — the table below shows exactly where you land. One task is yours either way: reconnecting your vendors.
What changes. What stays the same.
Stays the same
- Your account
- Your data
- Your Stripe billing relationship
- Every vendor you use today is in Conduit.
Changes
- The platform name and interface. Gateway becomes Conduit.
- The pricing model. One plan, every feature included. No more Pro or Business tiers.
- One task on your side: each vendor needs a one-time reconnect in Conduit. More on that below.
The price, in plain numbers.
$39/seat/month
$0/org
One plan. Every feature included.
Example: 3 seats = $0 + $39 × 3 = $117/mo, starting from your next invoice
First, count the people on your account — not the quantity on your current invoice. Gateway billed a flat tier price, so that quantity was never a seat count and is often wrong.
If you were on Pro ($49/mo)
| People on your account | You paid | You’ll pay | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $49 | $39 | −$10 |
| 2 | $49 | $78 | +$29 |
| 3 | $49 | $117 | +$68 |
| 5 | $49 | $195 | +$146 |
If you were on Business ($99/mo)
| People on your account | You paid | You’ll pay | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $99 | $39 | −$60 |
| 2 | $99 | $78 | −$21 |
| 3 | $99 | $117 | +$18 |
| 5 | $99 | $195 | +$96 |
On Pro, one-person accounts save. On Business, one- and two-person accounts save. Larger teams pay more — a flat tier stopped scaling with your team, and per-seat does. If your bill is going up and you want to talk it through, reply to Aaron’s email.

Wait until September 30
Do nothing. Your subscription carries over automatically. Your next invoice reflects Conduit’s rate — see the table above for what that means for your account. Nothing else to do on the billing side.

Common questions
Do my vendor connections carry over?
No. Credentials don’t carry over. Each vendor needs a one-time reconnect through Conduit’s normal connect flow — have the vendor API credentials ready. This is the one task on your side; we’ll walk you through it. Browse the vendor catalog and reconnect →
What happens to my price, exactly?
$39/seat/month, $0/org, every feature included. Multiply by the number of people on your account — that's what changes, and for teams above one seat on Pro (or two on Business) it is an increase. See the table above for your account. Your Stripe billing relationship, your card, and your billing cycle all stay the same.
Do I lose any features?
No. One plan, everything included. There’s no Pro or Business tier to fall short of anymore.
What if I do nothing?
Your account and billing migrate automatically on September 30. Your vendor reconnects still wait for you. That part isn’t automatic; see above. If you resell, your move is handled directly; see the question below.
Can I still resell to my clients?
Yes. Wholesale reseller pricing on Conduit is $18/seat. If you resell through the Gateway today, your migration is handled directly rather than automatically. Reply to Aaron’s email and we will sort out your move together.
Who do I talk to?

Reconnect your vendors first.
Your vendor connections do not carry over. Every migrated account starts on Conduit with zero connected vendors. That’s the one task on your side (see above), and it’s the first thing to do once you’re moved over.
Start with your systems of record:
- PSA
- RMM
- Documentation
The workflows are ready when you reconnect them.
